ExaPhen is a bran of aromatic-intermediates, derived from cardanol, a bio-oil sourced from the shells of cashew-nuts.
We provide high-performing polyols and surfactants replacing traditional petrol-chemicals with equal performance, (depending on the formulation) improved anti-fire and superior sustainability.

Applications: whether PU foams, coatings, adhesives or resins, ExaPhen is a line of choice either to increase your range of raw-materials of choice to maintain peformance and increase your anti-fire or to turn your formulations into a more sustainable/greener version.

Stable SupplyChain: ExaPhen is a technology with a stable-supply-chain, detached from the use of those traditional raw-materials, subjected to volatility.

Sustainability: ExaPhen is backed up by a Life Cycle-Assessment (showing the increased sustainability of the products in comparison with both std. petrol and vegetable-oil counterparts.
We have demonstrated that ExaPhen is carbon-neutral with a negative impact of -5.91 kg of CO2 per kg of product.
